Abstract 

Tuberculosis as a curable infectious disease is a major contributor to the global burden of
Disease and has received considerable attention in recent years, particularly in low and middle income countries. Poor adherence is common despite various interventions aimed at improving treatment compliance. Lack of comprehensive and holistic understanding of barriers to treatment adherence is currently a major obstacle to finding effective solution. Tuberculosis treatment compliance during natural disaster such as flood is an unexplored and under studied area in Bangladesh.
