Abstract
Undernutrition is a complex problem especially for a developing country like Bangladesh where more than 50% of the total population is living under the poverty line. The pattern and the prevalence of different forms of undernutrition are not similar across the country. We still don’t have sufficient information regarding child undernutrition in certain places of the country. The Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) is one of them. It is the only piece of land in Bangladesh where several cultures flourished.
