Health Micro insurance: What Make People Buy?

Abstract
Although microinsurance is modified from the concept of profit making concept, most of the NGO organization who implementing the micro insurance in the community targeting to the poor people are lacking the concept of insurance and business skills. Among the variety of insurance, health insurance are have more stakeholders than in other types of insurance and this makes the whole process more complex and difficult to control. Other than the number of stakeholders, there are different types for each stakeholder which makes health insurance more complex. In this study, we are studying insurance policy of GK, one of big local NGO in Bangladesh.
